Our Delivery Policy

    • Jasmine and Lilah will endeavour to deliver your furniture orders (in stock items) within 10 working days and smaller (in stock) items within 5 working days of your purchase.

    • Due to the many items we may stock from various suppliers lead times for items can vary from in stock to 4 weeks, some items such as Sofas, Chairs and Bespoke Made to Order can take up to 12 weeks please contact us via email on prior to placing an order if this is required quickly.

    • Our delivery time-scales stated on the website are approximate. Due to the massive quantity of products we have on our website and the quick turnover it is impossible to always maintain the stock level information.

    • We aim to fulfil your order by the approximate delivery date provided unless there are circumstances beyond our control which prevent us from doing so. In the event of our products being held up we shall contact you to let you know if we are having problems getting an item to you by the specified delivery date. No compensation will be offered for late deliveries in any event.

    • All purchases must be paid in full prior to delivery.

    • All deliveries must be signed for. It is accepted by us that your signature is your acceptance that the goods have been received in perfect condition. However, if there are signs of damage to the goods, or the packaging, upon delivery, this should be noted with the delivery signature.

    • Deliveries will generally be made to the billing address specified when placing your order, this is to combat against fraud. However, should you wish for your purchase to be delivered to a different address, please get in touch at:

    • Please check your purchased item will fit into the required space in your home so as to avoid any disappointment when it arrives. You should also check the dimensions of the space which the product will be placed and allow for the fact that the dimensions specified on the website are approximate only and may vary slightly. You should also check the measurement of any doorways, corridors or staircases the product will have to pass through, including space for manoeuvring and turning.

    • Please also note that you shall be charged again for a second delivery if you are not home on the agreed pre-arranged delivery day and time.

    • There must be an adult present at the delivery address to carefully check the products and sign to acknowledge their receipt in a safe and satisfactory condition. Any defect must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt by email to:

    • Our delivery pricing structure is: Free delivery on all orders £200 over and £5 on all orders under £200.

  • For delivery outside the UK and remote UK areas please contact us for a delivery quote. We deliver to the whole of the mainland UK. We also deliver to the more remote areas including the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Ireland, The Isle of Man, and The Isle of Wight but there may be a surcharge for this which is calculated on the size and weight of your order.
